Pros

I've had a genuinely positive experience working at MHR. As a Growth Marketing Manager, I've been given the autonomy to own initiatives, test new ideas, and make a meaningful impact on business growth. The company invests in its people and creates an environment where innovation and collaboration are encouraged.

Cons

Flexible working, other than that nothing.

Pros

I would not even give this company of 2 years 1 star...and of course there are no Pros..

Cons

My experience working at this company was extremely negative due to the unfair treatment, unprofessional environment, and discriminatory behavior I witnessed and experienced during my time there. Management often showed favoritism, communication was poor, and staff concerns were rarely taken seriously. I found the workplace culture to be toxic and uncomfortable, with behavior that I believe crossed professional and ethical boundaries. There was a clear lack of respect for employees, and opportunities were not always given fairly. Instead of supporting staff development and maintaining professionalism, the company created an environment that felt hostile and discouraging. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company to others seeking a respectful, inclusive, and professional workplace.

Pros

Offered hybrid working in some instances.

Cons

In my experience, the workplace culture raised serious concerns around professionalism and fairness. I encountered behaviour that I considered inappropriate and, at times, crossed professional boundaries, which contributed to an uncomfortable working environment. I also felt that standards were not applied consistently, while some individuals were penalised for relatively minor issues, other more serious concerns did not appear to be addressed with the same level of scrutiny. There was a clear sense that outcomes could depend on relationships rather than merit, and that policies were not always enforced evenly across teams. When broader cultural concerns were raised, these did not seem to result in meaningful change, which made it difficult to feel confident in the organisation’s commitment to maintaining a fair and respectful workplace. Overall, this inconsistency in both culture and policy application undermined trust in management and the processes in place.
