      Old school practices

      Cons

      They suffer from the stereotypical old school practices of relying on old blood and treating everyone like family. Because of this there was no knowledge retention plan and when they lose skilled employees the knowledge was taken with them with no good onboarding for new hires coming into the position

      I’m sorry you didn’t have a great experience during your time at MHW. I am pleased you found the work interesting and appreciate your bringing this issue to my attention. We are looking into this with management and hope to resolve it promptly and accurately. We review our medical benefits package on an annual basis and are doing our best to get the most affordable options for our employees while still maintaining acceptable plans. -MHW HR
