The worst supervisors I’ve ever been around no prior experience. If you liked being micro managed all day this is the place for you. Supervisors show favoritism towards 2 employees who basically get a check for showing up. The place is always understaffed due to poor management and quality of life at work. You will be forced to do your job plus the work of others and will be constantly harassed about when you will complete your enormous work load. No benefits are offered no sick days are offered. If you miss time it must be made up after your shift. You get 0 days off your first year. Only 3 raises no matter how long you work for the company 1 a year for your first 3 years. After that your topped out. Don’t waste your time as a matter of fact run as fast as you can to a job that actually cares. Oh and also the owner is the cheapest person I’ve ever seen he finds every way to keep as much of your pay as possible. Will screw you over to save a penny completely heartless.
