      - They like to explore new tech. You will get chance to work with new tools/tech.

      Cons

      - Unqualified management - They don't keep their commitment - Mgt won't trust you - No work/life balance

      Don't know how to run the company with offshore developers.

      Pros

      The only good thing is they pay the salary on time. Also, I should mention their project was interesting to work and had learning opportunities.

      Cons

      They didn't provide any device to work on. Had to use personal device. They promised to open an office in Dhaka but that never happened. They fire people without any notice!

      - Cool people outside of work I guess

      Cons

      - Company is ran by a child that treats his employees like pawns - Employee wellness is not prioritized, they just care about how you can make them money - Clique-y culture, you can succeed here if you know how to suck up - Nothing actually moves forward and there are times when there's no work to do but you have to stay in the office 9-5 anyway
