Decent job to put on a resume.
Cons
-terrible work/life balance -not following covid guidelines -little leadership or cohesive team from management. -took months to get final paycheck, I also know of contract employee(s) who never got paid for work that they did. -low pay compared to similar jobs in the area

It pays the bills and offered good health insurance.
Cons
Management never took the blame if anything ever went wrong. There was a severe lack of communication and structure even after spoon-feeding them a great structure that I created based on a previous agency I had worked at. No one followed any form of process.
