The president is the problem. Very stressed senior team because of controlling and selfish leadership. Dysfunction leads to high attrition. MIT has turned a blind eye.

Hostile work environment - managers act like they’re part of a high school clique
Lack of communication- decisions are made in a black box, and no explanations are provided
