Worked for pgt for 4 years then it was bought by miter everything went downhill after that lack of communication and the constant lying every week we got told were doing great no one is getting fired then last minute after clocking in to work they call 2 shifts in for a meeting to lay everyone off and cancel our health benefits effective immediately they did this on November 17 right before the major holidays we were given no warning and no severance package people who worked for the company for over 10-20 years laid off just like that with no warning
