Pros

Great people to work with and environment. They care about your feedbacks in improving the atmosphere and providing excellent customer service.

Cons

The amount of raise they give you is pathetic, no advancements, and most of the managers don't give a care in the world. The company enforces these ridiculous programs and ways to improve interactions with customers, also with coworkers, point systems and scheduling its just a total mayhem. I don't see this company going nowhere but out of business. The managers do not take the time train new employees.

The people you meet (of course the same could be said of most places of employment) are like family.

Cons

Laughable wages/raises. Childish management. No advancement opportunities. Under staffed. No managerial support.

At my store, we had a good sense of camaraderie. A lot of regular customers as well.

Cons

Managers gave a lot of conflicting info. We were constantly changing districts/regions and our corporate managers kept changing. Every time there was a change, they would tell us to do different things regarding customer service, store layout, etc. Awful discount (10%). Performance appraisal and review process were horrendous and meaningless. Raises were extremely minimal. Bad even for retail.
