Management has no desire to connect with their employees at all. They rarely interact and when they do, are unprofessional and condescending. No use in bringing any issues of concern up to anybody in a higher power, nothing will be done about it. Promises of pay raises and promotions that never come. Very little advancement opportunities and it is ALL based on favoritism. Completely random schedules with no set hours and almost never two days off in a row a week. Highest turnover rate I've ever seen. Someone quits or was fired every single week, sometimes multiple.

Management is misogynistic, fired from last job over sexism and somehow still got employment at MJardin. Steals from the company, and blames it on employees. Will act nice to your face and then try to get you fired if you don’t suck up. Uses lying and manipulation as a managerial tactic. Pending labour board review. Company is going down hill, closing locations. Constantly understaffed and over worked. Avoid at all costs. If you’re a woman or of a different race expect jokes at your expense, often.
