      Pros

      Working with the service members is very rewarding

      Cons

      They took such a rewarding job and managed to make it trash. Higher ups had no clue how to run a job this big and it sure shows. Pay cuts, benefit cuts, new systems that don’t work when nothing was wrong with the old ones.

      Pros

      Pay was fine until H&W got cut and put into a 401A no one wanted. And as a former employee, we can’t access the money because of them continuously rolling over to another company.

      Cons

      Management hasn’t got a clue. Very disconnected from the people on the ground doing the work. Benefits get cut and they refuse to have a conversation about it.
