      Leadership Change was a Boys Club Move

      Pros

      Female leader through change management and rebrand was awesome. Beat out the previous boys club culture, won lots of new clients, awards and great team diversity.

      Cons

      Pushed the female leader out, appointed an inexperienced male leader who knew nothing about the business model, all the good people started leaving or got pushed and the agency became a joke.
