Pros
Great company with strong Christian values that are lost in today's society. Does not follow woke trends. Strong leaders that try to do the right thing.
Cons
Out of touch with employees, lack of benefits like traditional health insurance, and life insurance. I see an effort to be better but I don't se the execution.
