They say you get a $5 an hour bonus but in order to receive this you must complete 2 take 5s daily which is fine. However, if you make a tiny mistake ie; a few k over the limit or anything they deem unsafe you will be docked that $5 an hour for the entire fortnight pay period.
That sounds ok in theory However all management care about are tonnes. They will encourage you to not take any rest breaks all shift and say "all our drivers eat on the go." They will encourage you to overload the trailers also. As soon as its bought to attention management will instantly throw you under the bus and say "at the end of the day its on you. You're the one driving the truck."
Hr literally don't care about you so don't expect anything. I emailed them numerous times and called only to be ignored.
They also took away the loyalty bonus and replaced it with a pathetic excuse of an app which gives you tiny discounts for irrelevant things.
Lastly. There is a massive purple circle culture. Don't break the rules to suit them? Guess what? You're on the hit list to get sacked.
I would only join to get experience for your resume then leave as soon as you can.
