Pros

Don’t consider any pros. No benefits, no hours

Cons

MLSBC does not pay enough. They are very demanding for no reason . Their supervisors don’t have experience, and they don’t have skills to do their job. Rude people and they fired employees without justification. Not recommended to apply for this company

Pros

Customer interactions, coworkers treat each other like family

Cons

Management is toxic; used to be awesome but previous manager left a couple years ago and the person they chose to take her place never had any previous management experience and was trained by a Miami manager who treats employees so disrespectfully. The toxicity trickles down from the top.
