The staff are hardworking and good team around. There is no flexibility.

Cons

Absolute lack of recognition and promotion despite years of experience, size of accounts and growth. However, company is keen to hand out promotion to undeserving inexperienced employees.

There is nothing ethical about the company, risk to physical and mental health. They do not care for there staff but slowly destroy with overwork and pressure. Everyone is stressed because after Mother’s Day jobs will be made redundant.
