Pros

You get close to your co workers, nice area to work in

Cons

I worked with MNK for little over a year. By my 4th month I was looking for a new job/ way to leave. When I first got there I really enjoyed my co workers but I say about 5 employees left within a 5 month time frame.. Unrealistic work load. Of course working at a law firm can be stressful, and some days will be hard, but the environment that was created was very tense. Pay was terrible and benefits was terrible as well. MNK has a way to make you small/ belittle you.

Pros

I have worked at this firm for several years and am the longest-tenured employee. With over 10 years of experience as an attorney, including previously running my own firm, I can say without hesitation that this is the best place I have ever worked. Before joining, I was hesitant, as I had closed my own practice to take this role, and I did not make that decision lightly. Within a short period of time, however, it was clear that this firm was the right fit for me both professionally and personally. Mohammad is, quite simply, the best boss I have ever worked for. He is incredibly caring, passionate about the work and our clients, and consistently makes himself available to support his team. He puts genuine effort into building real relationships with each employee, which creates a level of trust and loyalty that can be rare in this profession. The firm offers outstanding exposure to a wide variety of legal issues across numerous industries, making it an excellent environment for attorneys who want to continue learning and growing. The firm values quality work, professionalism, and collaboration, and it shows in the culture. The firm also offers a strong and sustainable work-life balance. Expectations are reasonable, flexibility is respected, and employees are treated like professionals. This makes it an excellent place to build a long-term career without burnout.

Cons

The firm is best suited for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and willing to put in the effort required to serve as general counsel to numerous companies in various industries. However, for the right person, this is part of what makes the work at the firm exciting and engaging rather than a drawback.

Pros

Food on Fridays and some nice co workers

Cons

Low Pay, compares you to previous staff, will belittle you, will give you way more than your job description and expect you to know everything without asking questions, then gets upset when you do ask questions, CRAZY turn over rate but will blame om everyone else
