- lack of flexibility (very little, feels like you are in school where you have to time in time out). - threaten to deduct pay and holidays if contracted hours are not met (for full time employees). They calculate to the second how long u worked each day. - very much a autocratic style of management. CEO is involved in everything, even the smallest issues. No point in having a manager because everything requires ceo approval. Management is very very toxic. - care more about attendance than actual work. - expect you to take annual leave for doctor appointments. - HR does not exist, every little thing they bring up your contract, even though they abuse and twist it. They will threaten you of various things even if all you are doing is questioning things they have done to you. - no career growth, no processes, no actual structure. - the list goes on and on and on, just avoid if you enjoy your peace and sanity.
