      Pros

      Management is understanding of any issues you might have, they try to communicate as much as possibly, including being open about company earnings and direction of the company. Work from home is available when needed. Company is very family oriented, and they hire some really talented engineers.

      Cons

      Nature of the business sometimes as a small MSP can require quick pivots, and an agile mindset.

      Great atmosphere and team focused culture! CEO cares about his team. Feels like family. Nice office and convenient location. No micromanaging here.

      Cons

      We're crazy busy sometimes and the nature of our business can be stressful. Not a lot of holidays in this line of work.

      Rarely do you find a small to mid-sized IT company that backs up what they say in interviews. The Management Team has been 100% honest and followed through on everything discussed during interview process and onboarding.
