      Golden opportunity being missed

      Pros

      There were some great people working at Mobi2Go whilst I was there. Passionate about the product and working hard to make things better. There is such a significant opportunity in the market that is unfortunately being squandered.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, none of those people remain there. All were churned up and spat out by the company. Anyone who dares challenge the CEO, who has an amazing ability to make ill-informed, knee jerk decisions that ultimately lead to poor company performance; is soon ostracised and then subsequently removed from the organisation. No matter how hard you work, how many hours you put in or how much you dedicate yourself to the cause, eventually your work ethic, integrity and character will be called into question.

      Pros

      Working at Mobi2Go has been an amazing adventure so far. It's refreshing to work in a place with such a strong culture of taking ownership. This is a place where things happen. It's awesome that there's so much opportunity in every position. You don't have to be in a leadership position to make an impact here. I've loved working with such a smart team. The people here are smart in so many ways and I feel like I'm learning so much from them. I've been lucky enough to be mentored by two managers here, and it's been fantastic.

      Cons

      There's no hiding here, you get what you give. It wouldn't suit someone who just wanted to sit back and coast. There's still elements of being a scrappy start-up, so again some things aren't as structured as your typical corporate. I love this. But I know some people would see this as a con.
