Free snacks and coffee, frankly, that's all I can think of.

Too much to list, but - Poor leadership which is unprofessional Leadership can be demeaning Toxic and forced culture, the culture they sell you is a bunch of fluff Unappreciative of their best employees High turnover No one is happy here, avoid this place at all costs, it is chaotic.
