Cool on the outside. Owner’s aesthetic is definitely unique and beautiful.
Cons
Very bad work environment. Definite manipulation and poor employee appreciation. Owner promotes negativity and terrible cliquey nature. Most employees constantly live in fear of her and if they’ll lose their job. Definite favoritism. Does not promote feedback or ideas. She called a company meeting once that lasted till midnight after working all day, and mentioned how our focus should just be getting clients money not on their happiness with their pieces (which are also poorly made with constant quality issues). If you don’t agree with her then you’re on a path to getting fired. Pay is terrible. Very little benefits. There’s definitely some sketchy business practices. HR was a joke. Very gossip driven environment with high turnover. All unfortunate points since the products and makers are all so lovely to work with.
