      Great place to work

      Pros

      Work/life balance. Never punch a time clock, lots of autonomy and the ability to go as far as I want to. Pretty much a recession proof job, great pay, mostly great people to work with.

      Cons

      Fair amount of management, some have been here for so long they're ingrained in their ways and resist change.

      Great culture and people. Occupies a necessary space in the sensor/analytical instrument space.

      Change comes from the top down and the top (corporate) can be slow and frustrating to deal with.
