      Awful Place to Work. If you want anxiety this is the job for you!

      If you're there over 10 yrs, you're in and you're voice means something

      You don't matter unless you're in the sales department. Everytime a new person is hired, everyone feels sorry for them. Management has no clue how to raise company/employee moral even though they sell the idea really well. They don't take sexual or verbal harassment serious and would rather pay someone to leave then remove the parties that are inappropriate and offensive. Shame on them! Someone who has harrassed women again and again, keeps his job and MOI covers it well. That's the type of place this is.

      Only Sales Reps Matter

      There used to be a lot....cannot think of any now.

      In my experience, this company let's its Sales people dictate their every decision and has an IT Department that is routinely allowed to intimidate and belittle employees. They will show you no loyalty. Using Covid as an excuse, in my opinion, they recently laid off approx. 6-8 of their 150+ employees. 2 single mom's, each with more than 20yrs experience, as well as an openly gay man with more than 10yrs experience. Meanwhile, they have reportedly paid off at least one victim of sexual harassment with the offender still employed there and rumored to have sexually harassed additional employees. In my opinion, this isn't a company lead by someone with a good moral compass.

      No micromanagement, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Company culture is terrible, we are very powerless and disengaged as a whole. There is no accountability, tons of favoritism even in application of bonuses, salespeople are highly valued to the point of being verbally abusive towards others with no reprimands or repercussions. Even with known issues, nothing is changed. CEO fails to support the reinforcement of policies or follow through on mission/visions internally.
