      If you cannot do anything but driving and there is no any other job, then join MOIA as a driver!

      Electric cars and thats all

      Very bad work schedule, if you have to use the toilet they will reduce your working time, low salary, too much stress, unfriendly environment, they even bother you in your free time’s (almost no private life), absolutely no chance to have better position in company or requesting for more salary (after 2.5 years still have same salary).

      Good strategy, many changes in the company are painful

      Pros

      Good strategy, modern tech, offices are in good locations, able to travel between offices to work with colleagues. Nice people in company. The product and service is really good.

      Cons

      Salaries are low compared to market. Many people have not received pay rises since starting. Some people do not talk directly, and rather talk behind people's backs. Sadly Berlin people often need to travel more than those in Hamburg. Many things changing at once in the company, it is hard to keep up.
