Co-workers. That is the only positive thing about this company.

Cons

Pay-below industry average, Management- all family or friends and very hard to move up, unprofessional, racist, sexist, high turnover rate, benefits, HR does not have your back. Unless you are in high school or a druggy looking for work, this isn't your company. Management is worse than high school girls. Two faced company.

We understand that not every individual will have the same experience at our company. If we truly ran our business as this review states, simply stated ,we would not be in business. Often there is quite a gap in perception and reality. We respect everyone has a different opinion. We have many employees who have found that MonkeySports has many perks and benefits to offer more so than other companies they have worked with before. Often, when we have employees leave and return to us to express they return with a different respect and appreciation for our company.

lack of communication between management & employees. very unorganized no hand-held scanners for pullers and there are no incentives for the employees. No real training program

This review was submitted during a transition of our company relocating our operations from CA to TX. There were absolutely challenges with the move and transition that took time to iron out as you can imagine moving a company across the states is not a small task. There may have been some down time with equipment (scanners) however, this would have been a short lived circumstance. Since the move we have taken many strides at improving the on-boarding and training. We have added additional processes and benefits. It takes time for change and transition.
