      Very good experience at international level. The section give me the opportunity to use my past knowledge, as long as I provide them with a result. Good teamwork.

      They have good capacity building programs. The pay is good. There are a lot of opportunities of travelling on the field. There are a lot of opportunities of learningon the ground. there is the opportunity to get an experience with ERP like SAP. There is the possibility of being exempted from visa. There is the possibility to working a multi-cultural environment and to acquaint with people of different countries, backgrounds, languages and cultures. There is the possibility to learn new languages.

      The procedures are a bit slow. The procedures are very rigid. There is lack of flexibility.
