      I liked some of the team members but they all left. Team outings were good

      Cons

      - So so repetitive & boring - Management isn’t great, so micro-managing. Too many check ins - One of the founder is rude Everyone has to tip toe around them. If they’re rude, it needs to be said. - pay isn’t great for london - you can barely progress. - Calls themself a start up but it’s just a small company.

      good atmosphere among colleagues, hybrid work

      Cons

      One of the executives in this company made the experience unpleasant for everyone. I found myself struggling to get up in the morning to work; the atmosphere has become tense and challenging. Everyone knows what goes on behind closed doors, but nobody takes action.
