Steady income, fairly easy job, flexible hours

Cons

Management is extremely unprofessional, day to day/money process very disorganized, toxic/bad work environment. Physically and emotionally draining. As long as you are fake/ happy/ditzy/attractive you will be a perfect fit. Management has horrible leadership skills and they do not care about you at all. Front of the house staff is only white employees which I found disturbing/odd.

Flexible schedule, great staff, organized payment system

Cons

Management creates a hostile environment by openly not having respect or any sort of value for their employees. Female staff hired solely based on looks, rather than experience, and must dress up for work or will get fired. High-stress work environment due to management not creating an encouraging space or providing help & overflow of customers. Located in the heart of Brickell, expect to pay $30+ for parking per shift, deal with a majority of entitled and rude customers, and compete with other restaurants in the area.

Good money because it’s busy all the time

They will promote anyone here. The entire establishment is ran by 20 year olds that don’t know what they are doing. The managers get a percentage of sales which makes them very greedy at the cost of employees. I have more than 50 examples of unprofessionalism coming from management which trickles down and contributes to the lack of respect in the work environment. So much politics with the managers and you have to be in their social club to get anything done.
