      Pros

      Letting you do your job not micro managed. Management will listen. Flexible with time needed for personal

      Cons

      No communication, very unhappy employees to deal with. Heath insurance is not good. Nobody is up front if any changes are happening. Allot of false promises

      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere and plenty of work to keep you busy. A lot of recent changes after a corporate migration to parent company, but all handled well and allowing for continued growth/employment.

      Cons

      PTO is an accrual system for time worked. Would be nice to have a week or two in the bucket at the beginning of the year for vacation/emergency use.
