      Pros

      The people working the shop floor are generally nice, fairly laid back environment as long as you get some work done

      Cons

      Higher-ups take it for granted that most of the work is "low skilled" and don't appreciate their workers

      None, unless you're a butt smootching newbie.

      Cons

      Treatment of older and experienced employees is poor. Expect to be doing grunt work if you're an older Setup Technician. Pay raises are anemic at best. Wokeness and communism are taking over.
