Beautiful place to work in, I love the atmosphere just like how other customers would love it too. Have a lot of range of books and the branches are in close communication with one another.

Cons

Strange office drama and there is a lack of appreciation for anybody, from superiors. I learnt some harsh truths and secrets about what's going on with this company and I don't like it. Cutting your employees' benefits and pay will not improve business. You're just stealing from workers. Lack of direction or training.

Pros

Got a lot of free time especially when there's no customer. You just do price tagging and that's it. Sometimes, you get bored because there's nothing to do.

Cons

Supervisor sometimes very strict. Cannot do this and that. Some sv will scold you if you read books, some will just allow you to read. You can read books but only when no customer around since it quite inappropriate.
