The company they use for payroll is a joke. Never received any checkstubs except my last day. Kept being told they were mailed. They kept screwing up with the hours to be paid. Always made sure the fault was the employee's even when there is evidence showing they screwed up. Yeah they cut you a check but on their terms and when they feel like actually giving it to you. They couldn't even get the deductions correct. No raises! The patrol vehicles are junk. Only the supervisors get the road safe vehicles. Don't fit in the car? Welp better learn yoga as they won't give you anything bigger. Also any issues with the vehicles are your problem and they like to try and blame the problems on you too. Management is also a joke. Nobody talks to each other and it is a race to see who can out spend the other person. The managers and the company will waste money on a new Charger to advertise with but won't fix a printer or computer. Don't expect a review either. Your one year comes up they still won't give it too you. And the owner is a phantom. I have never met nor seen him the entire time I was there. Most of the employees didn't even know who he was.

Low Pay. Erratic schedule. False promises for pay increases. Poor communication. Their payroll company that they use couldn’t get my direct deposit set up and kept kicking back my checks back, so I would have to go to the office to pick up a paper form check they treated me as it being unimportant.
