      Pros

      There are so many negatives. There aren't any pros to talk about.

      Cons

      They do not train you at all. They put you on the floor and just let you go. They don't haver any respect for your time. Management doesn't care. CEO on down only cares for the bottom number. They're profit. No salary increase what so ever. If any of this is incorrect prove me wrong. Talk to people that works there, hourly or management. Just a poorly ran company with a lot of turn-over. It's been like this for years and hasn't changed.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Not a bad company to work for just not anything that really sets it apart or makes it a great place to work.

      Cons

      Benefits are pricey and they don't have options. No employee appreciation or incentives. Seems more of the focus is centered on those at headquarters instead of the employees out in the field.

      Pros

      I liked the work and the job itself. It wasn’t hard and I enjoyed my team as people.

      Cons

      Upper management was very hands off and said one thing but did another. Upper management was only around if something serious happened and you had to figure it out on your own otherwise.
