Overall a strong, well run environment with leadership that is accessible and engaged. There are regular check ins, open lines of communication, and a genuine willingness to support people who are putting in the effort. Expectations are outlined early and revisited, so it’s generally clear what success looks like and how progress is being measured. There’s also a high level of trust. People are given flexibility in how they manage their time and approach their work, without unnecessary oversight. At the same time, there are real resources behind that trust- whether it’s time, budget, or encouragement to pursue professional development, build relationships, or explore opportunities that move the business forward.
