      Pros

      The Culture is really amazing here and people is one of the reasons I stay. David Bowie and most of the RLT are great leaders!

      Cons

      Global struggle- There's no clear direction and processes. Leaving you clueless on what should be done and how it should be done. And you feel like you are fighting internally but we should be solving and figuring things out. Maybe it's just the recent restructuring making it hard for everyone.
