- Great people / co-workers - CEO & Managing Director are very supportive - No commission cap - Leadership invest in top-notch training - Free breakfast and lunch - CEO maintains a positive work environment/culture & will terminate those who negatively impact the culture (even if performing)
Cons
- A lot of cold calling (expected) - A little bit of micromanaging but nothing out of the ordinary
