Good pay, good benefits,and management seems to have gotten better pretty laid back schedule for a "9 to 5"

Except for this issue "constant you can work overtime to no over time" except when they want you to work overtime then it's mandatory that's literally my only gripe/issue but that's most companies tbh

Pros

Weekly paycheck, Opportunities for overtime, depending on which shop you work in. Possibility of quarterly production bonus of up to $1000 ($600-650 after taxes). Interesting and generally pleasant people working the floor.

Cons

Limited promotion opportunities, based on the number of different areas worked on at MRL, not job skill or knowledge. Substandard training. Never time to do it right: MRL means "make right later". "Good old boy" system protects a few abusive 'legacy' managers who throw temper tantrums and slam tools.
