This company overworks its employees and has unrealistic expectations. The workload doesn’t match the time given to resolve issues, and even managers seem unable to handle it. This company is very disorganized, constantly changing and implementing new rules almost every week!
The micromanagement is excessive—managers still hop into emails or ask to be CC’d even after 1–2 years. No one speaks up because management sees feedback as complaining, and the team doesn’t work together to speak up on work issues. The job offers flexibility, but that’s about it. To be favored here, you basically have to make this job your entire life and personality.
This might be my most frustrating job, but people overlook the downsides because it’s remote. There are better options out there—keep searching.
