      Discounts and great line level people

      Cons

      Does not value people. Considering most of the business they run is customer focused, this is problematic. Incredibly unprofessional and unfair. Watch many amazing people get taken advantage of, others put in uncomfortable situations and if you speak up, you're just next on the chopping block. They have no clue what they are doing.

      Some great, friendly people work there. The business can be fun at times.

      I'm sure the owners worked hard to build MRN--today, however, they just seem completely disconnected from what it's like to work there. They no longer invest to keep their business competitive. Wages are below market--and this is by design. Managers are expected to take up the slack, work long, often unpredictable hours, many of which are spent filling in for staff who have called off or quit. There's little effective effort to sustain consistent quality, resulting in online reviews that range from positive to horrendous. Some employees wonder out loud if their particular business will close.
