      Pros

      The health Insurance was very good, and lower staff was decent. Not much else was good. Ask anyone in Plattsburgh

      Cons

      Upper management is horrible, the HR department is like a pack of wolves. They are of no help when being treated horrible on the floor. 13 hour work days and no help when time off is needed

      Pros

      Company is in a profitable sector of packaging industry. Parts of the company are well positioned to benefit from overall market growth.

      Cons

      Management team is formed of old-boys network and ineffective. Three different companies merged in 2012, but culture adjustment has not happened making it very difficult to operate as one team with one goal.

      Pros

      Good place to start at, lower level staff is great

      Cons

      The pay could be better for all the long hrs & strenuous work that's included. They could also do better with annual raises there are some that work theirs tails off just for a less than $0.25 raise, there's no cash bonus when goals are exceeded. They pride themselves on making millions to billions of dollars yet all the lower staff receives is either donuts, breakfast or pizza. Sorry but we prefer a cash bonus
