We appreciate your review. Like any other company, we are not perfect, and our corporate offices are relatively new (1 year); therefore, we are still in the setup stage. However, we firmly believe that you have made false allegations, and we wish to clarify with the following responses that we actually can substantiate with evidence on official request:
Re: Environment
We care a lot about the company culture, working to build an exemplary one and we were shocked to read this review. We have been sending a bi-weekly anonymous engagement survey through a third party UK company for the past ten months, and the points you mentioned did not come up at all. Otherwise, we'd have investigated them. If you were an employee, you should've communicated your concerns through the anonymous survey. If you could send us more details about, we'd love to hear about it and discuss it internally to neutralise what you have described.
Re: Payments
We are known for paying invoices fast within a week or two to vendors or service providers. We are also one of the few that pays couriers instantly (within 10 mins after delivery), others pay every week, and that's a well-known fact you can try for your self or read about us in social media. We do have cases of infringements to contracts, where some consultants sub-contract their family members without approval, but we take quick actions to solve them. Every company has its share of negative cases, and they take action on them accordingly.
Re: Workers without contracts
We do not have anyone who works with us as an employee or contractor without signing a contract and an NDA. Even contractors through freelancing platforms signs contracts and an NDA. If this claim is accurate and work was officially coordinated, first, we will not be happy about it and will fix it. Second, the person could have communicated this to our HQ with evidence "proof of work or communication" to investigate.
Re: Evaluation system
We care about this a lot and its a priority to us. We are not sure which office you are talking about, or when. However, since mid-2019, we have a regular evaluation system that we enforce with no exception. We have also just implemented an automated system for probation evaluation.
Re: Management
Again, we are not sure which management you are referring to, or which office. Our HQ leadership has an open-door policy. We do believe that managements are enablers and thriving entrepreneurs; they are keen and firm believers in people. We do hope if you were an employee, and had issues with your manager, that you have emailed HR or the CEO, and your question will be solved.
