Bad management. Upper management is out of touch with reality, the turnover is crazy, they don't train people then fire them for not knowing how to do the job. Don't work here! Trust me.

Biased management. Lack of integrity. Unsafe workplace. Completely unprofessional. harassment problems and hostile work environment. Derogatory comments from managers to employees or about employees. Lack of vision, lack of employee empowerment and lack of trust for employees. Constant revolving door of German ex-pats in roles easily filled by Americans. No emphasis on employee improvement, training or otherwise. Broken processes with lots of finger pointing and blame game.
