      Great Company, Poor management

      Pros

      Some of the nicest people work there, the building is a great facility and the warehouse is top of the line

      Cons

      Technology needs a serious update. No 401k match. Family run company, some have large amount of power who shouldnt. Can be overwhelmed with work and will be let go rather than worked with. Cliquey, toxic manager at time was inappropriate and unprofessional.

      large wholesaler with high potential of growth as it moves into new regions. Driven by family values, sincerely and hard work. Sales Representatives make between 80k-250k

      Not able to keep pace with the growth.

      Pros

      Flat company- C-level is accessible. Family-owned company- they really care about their people. They way they took care of their commissioned sales reps during the pandemic was exemplary. Amazing book- what they sell is top class in both spirits and wines.

      Cons

      Flat company- not a lot of room for upward mobility. Family-owned company- leaders are family members and may not be best suited for roles; case in point IT systems are ancient.
