The architects and executives are truly wonderful people who care about you and are easy to be friends with.
Cons
I was let go without notice, for reasons that I could not control. So it was shocking and the HR department didn’t even let me go to my face, but through another person.

-Creative and unique projects that are both local (within the OH/IN/KY), as well as nationally. -Diverse markets provide opportunities for staff to work across multiple building types, being "pigeon holed" is a rare thing here. -Focus on design excellence regardless of project scope and size is a big part of the firm's success and culture. -Employees are valued and treated with care and respect - the benefits package is among the best in the region. During the pandemic the firm leadership had a focus on "no staff or benefit cuts" and delivered for the team.
Cons
-Rapid growth sometimes strains the processes and systems.
