      incredibly fulfilling experience. The company fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment, which made coming to work every day a joy.

      there are a few areas where the company could improve, especially concerning compensation.

      Pros

      Gain so many new knowledge. Well structured. Company will bare if you want to learn new things such as training or e-learning. company not stingy every year got contractual bonus. If company performance good, you will receive company performance bonus and salary increment. Medical also include spouse and kids. Generous leave entitlement. Team mate very helpful and willing to share thought.

      Good environment to start and team very cooperative. Team Leader and team mate help each other and not leave you behind. Contractual bonus every year. Very good work life balance.

      Cons

      Many politic issue in management and no increment for past 3 years. Not so much benefit.
