MSC TECHNOLOGY TURIN Here my personal opinion I think they are control freak and Turin management is not at all ok. I found policies crazy and unrespectful to emplyeess. No right compensation for efforts. I do not raccomand to go there and on my personal experience I would not trust anyone there. Found it tossic.

- no grow - no agile mindset - too vertication imposed by management - remote working... Too much words were spoken about this topic. - people as robots: you will do tasks. You'll not thinks about what you are implementing. The important things is that you match the deadline. - finger pointing in a nutshell: don't ask for improvement. You are not in the position to do so. And the answer that you'll get will be: "it's not my fault, the blame is on top". - policies like candies - last but not least: if you are passionate and you will join....remember... Don't feel alone. Beyond the dark of your desk there are people that silenty are fighting for bringing passion in the company. That's difficult, very difficult, impossible, a Tom Cruise mission impossible! But we believe in that!
