      Work is interesting, pay is reasonable, benefits good.

      Cons

      Weak leadership, very bad management practices, no direction, anti-collaborative behavior, lots of conflict especially since acquisition. Morale is at an all time low, lots of people at breaking point and leaving.

      The amount of holiday’s is good

      Cons

      Incapable management. Blame and Shame culture, non diverse, bullying amongst colleagues. Every output is measured, only tick in the boxes when It comes to code of conduct and safety. They treat their employees as a number. Poorly paid. Worsed company I have ever worker. Cannot name anything positiv.

      Good salary , excellent work life balance

      Cons

      Most of the management came from the same failed company and brought their politics with them . Huge workforce doesn't create too much but Merck have unlimited $ to spend.
