Pros

Breakfast on Fridays. That's it.

Cons

1) Owners are the most untrustworthy, shady, cheap people I've ever met 2) Owners put in cameras at every desk to monitor and spy on internal employees 3) Owners are very cruel, demeaning, and rude people who will do anything to make a buck off of their internal employees. They yell at you. Call you names. Belittle you. 4) Owners are constantly looking for ways to take money away from internal employees. By lowering commission, creating new fees, creating new policies without telling anyone and then taking money out of their paychecks without telling you. 5) Emotionally abused and harassed and management does nothing about it 6) Zero to little training and attacked by management when I don't meet my numbers 7) No room for growth 8) No one works together and it's very competitive and every man for itself. People will backstab you for their own good.

Pros

It had some amazing talent and potential to do big things! The owner did bring in some talented managers, but then would not let them do what would have turned the company around. Instead, the owners reduced salaries across the board and then expected people to work harder, with the same resources and achieve higher results. The toxicity of the environment is not just a complaint, but a fact. The owner would up making his entire management staff leave. The entire management team! Yup, they could not take it either. Even the new ones he hired, most haven't stayed in their positions. It is a sinking ship. Now that their top salesperson has left, I have no idea how they will make it. I cannot imagine that there is enough support for the poor hardworking nurses who are out in the field. It was hard enough before to help them get their constant payroll errors fixed. It can only be worse for them now. The owners had the right people in place, but could not see the solutions that their employees had given them to help them grow and succeed. The suggestions given were given positively and without ill well from people who typically never complain. The recommendations were to help the company reach new heights. The owners refused to listen. Their egos were too big and they, of course, knew the best way to do things. Now they are down to two recruiters for an entire division. I wish those remaining recruiters the very best every day. The staff there are good people. The problems stem from the owners who can appear to be charming and poised and educated. They are also greedy, and that has led to this state of affairs. The company had previously had its best year ever, and it's a shame that it had to get like this. I would not work here again for any amount of money. It is a lost cause even if the owner has stepped back from daily affairs. It is no longer the company it was supposed to be. You took the longest and hardest working employees that built the company for you and even made those quit. How sad.

Cons

The owners who unfortunately cannot see what changes need to be made and that is pretty much everything!

Pros

Some of the best coworkers I’ve ever worked with, but most of them quit because the owners are greedy snakes. Also, the current managers are leaving positive reviews on here to respond to the real, true reviews of this pathetic company

Cons

It’s a zoo. A laughing joke of a company. I’ve had my fair share of bad jobs in the past, and this place tops all of them. I would rather shovel horse poop then work at his watering hole called MSG. It’s sad that greedy snakes of owners ruined a great company filled with hard working people who cared for one another.
