Oz Rashid is the biggest joke. He is the company owner and also Managing Director. He dresses and talks unprofessional and looks like he's drunk at all times. Def not someone that would motivate you to be like him one day. also they keep losing business like AutoNation.

None, they will ask you to do to many things at one time

No Job prospects, no job security. Director who is now promoted to Managing Director does not know any technology or recruitment. Just harasses technology guys and recruitment teams who do not want to visit his home and pay him tributes.

They created an event for IT people for openings at AutoNation. A recruiter sent my resume in to them and even before an interview could be scheduled, they asked for my references and grilled every one of them to the point that my references don't want to speak to me anymore! Don't trust these recruiters, they have a crappy process, promise you the world and nothing happens in the end. 0 results and negativity.
