Pros

The team i worked with made it worthwhile to go to office in morning.

Cons

This company has no sense of loyalty to their staff. They talk a great deal about living their values in interviews and 121 with staff, but not at all living it. Favoritism is one of the top things in this company, you only get valued if you are the teachers pet,and do as you are told, rather that gets you promotions. And if you adress a situation it turns into a training. They had one, 'no blame culture' what load of nonsense just because they are to afraid to adress the issues at hand. If you do talk you immediately become a target. The Recruitment consultants are a bunch of vultures that will do anything to get a deal, there is no teamwork, you need to watch your back and your candidates otherwise your so called colleagues will be on the phone with them the next day and make up a story of how that person got to them, no wonder their staff turnaround with consultants are so high, they dont last because this place is toxic. There is 1 account manager that does not know how to treat her colleagues- but if you complian about her it gets swept under the rug. I have never in my life worked for a agency that has left such a bad taste in my mouth. You want to brag about framework this and framework that, no1 recruitment agency, what a load of nonsense. If you are interested in working for this company first do your research.

Pros

Good location for travelling into work, easy to get to etc. Young work place, vibrant and energetic

Cons

Management aren’t consistent and have clear favourites. One rule for one person and different for the other. The directors are extremely manipulative, will twist your words and make it seem like you insinuated something you never did and will then pass this onto other senior members of staff. Ridiculous how much people leave and how regularly people leave. This place will give you anxiety, not a lot of job security. You get questioned from so many different members of senior staff about your targets and your daily activity that it becomes unbearable and you don’t know how to even respond at times when it’s coming from all angles. Passive aggressive HR team and passive aggressive management and directors. Director is very insecure and has turbulent mood swings that end up effecting the whole office. Run away. Poor pay too and they’re expect you to be a robot and slave to the company coming in well before your start time and staying well after your finish time. Even if you do stay back late or come in early it’s never good enough if you slightly miss your target… even if it’s not your fault and out of your control they will make it seem like you should have put more of an effort in. If you speak to senior staff about personal issues they will say that it’s not comparable to other staff members so suck it up and crack on. A lot of perverted conversations from higher members of staff, specifically one female manager and one director who constantly make unnecessary sexual jokes and remarks.

Pros

None, can’t think of one thing.

Cons

Lol where do I start. First of all HR and managers are a joke. They think it’s the most perfect company even though there are numerous amounts of bad reviews and awful feedback which NOTHING is ever done about. Every manager is blinded and just pretends the companies amazing when in fact it’s the most toxic, degrading, depressing place to work in. They couldn’t care less about their staff and their worries/issues everything is swept under the rug and never taken into consideration, they have an answer for everything to try justify their awful company. The turn around time off staff is laughable. Most people high up in the company left because they saw it getting bad. Says a lot don’t it. HR and managers refuse to admit these are all issues which EVERYONE agrees with but to scared to say the truth. There’s one certain individual who has no idea how to run a team or support the people on their team. Their manipulative, nasty, fake, and just tries to impress all the higher people in the company because they want a better status. It’s beyond embarrassing the favouritism in this company. If your looked at in a certain way people will treat and speak to you completely differently, like dirt. Managers are like vultures, jump on you at the first negative thing but don’t ever get any praise for all the hard work. The fact they refuse to see there’s a BIG issue in this company is seriously concerning. If you air your issues and problems you are having you get manipulated and it’s just ignored and forgotten about. It’s hardly a work place when it’s the most unprofessional place full of gossip. They wave incentives in front of you make you work so hard to hit the specific targets for it just to get taken away because their disgusting and fowl and never get any rewards or nice incentives. Management are lazy and horrendous. They expect so much from you and so little praise. HR refuses to deal with anyone and has no idea. They ignore ALL feedback and don’t act on it. It’s laughable they think this company is good when it’s by far NOT.
